Hello I’m Dave Lipson, proud restaurant owner and culinary aficionado. I love everything about the business—the people, the lifestyle, the food, and the excitement.
For years, though, one issue has been a constant thorn in my side: reservations. Try as I might, I could never find a perfect way to organize my reservations day after day. Sure, there were ledgers out there that I could rig to fit my needs. But there were always serious drawbacks. No matter where I looked, there was nothing out there that gave me what I really needed—simplicity, space, organization, and flexibility.
Then it hit me—I know what I’m looking for. Why not do this myself? So I enlisted the help of some fellow restaurant owners and designed a reservation book that fits the needs of true restaurateurs.
This is a reservation book by restaurant owners for restaurant owners. We designed one-page-per-day and two-page-per-day versions. With this favorable layout, lunch and dinner reservations can be listed separately. You can even record the weather for each day!
We also give you the option of receiving your reservation book in the form of a spiral-bound book, or housed in a gorgeous three-ring Napa-leather binder. All the pages are standard 8.5 x 11 letter size and come printed on sturdy, professional 60-pound bond paper.
